Prices

For our tailor-made programmes we calculate prices according to the programme's components, services included, date of travel and number of travellers. Even for pre-designed programmes we do not show prices in advance except for special offers which are already date-specific. The reason is that prices vary according to the season and number of travellers and we do not want to overprice anybody by calculating an all-encompassing price which would be based on less favourable conditions. We thus kindly ask you to enquire about the prices for a chosen programme.

Payment

In order to guarantee your chosen programme, our payment policy is as follows (unless specified differently in your offer):

50% of the package price paid at the time you confirm and book the programme; and
50% of the package price paid at least 15 days before arrival.

Payments should be made in either EUR, USD or GBP to our account (we will provide you with account details after confirming your booking)

We kindly ask you to send a copy of the money transfer document by fax to +20 69 366 1407 or by e-mail to: info(at)royaltravel-services.com as it may take a few days for the international banking system to process the transfer.
